New OrgPublisher 4.E Supports Organizational Charting of Up to 1 Million Records

Enhancements in this version are designed to extend the historical performance and tuning capabilities for DB2 on Windows and UNIX; allow DBAs to capture database workloads and perform SQL analysis on statements, transactions, users, and applications; and more quickly tune inefficient SQL. Extended monitoring capabilities also allow users to record key performance metrics and SQL statements during designated time periods in order to diagnose intermittent performance issues.

for SAP Applications

BlueStar Solutions, a provider of enterprise application outsourcing services, announced the introduction of new short-term services designed for those customers who need a temporary hosting environment for their SAP applications. BlueStar Solutions is offering 3, 6, or 12-month options, as compared to a typical hosting agreement of 3 or more years. In addition to customers in the midst of mergers, acquisitions, upgrades, and software extensions, this offering is developed for those new to outsourcing, who may want to use the short-term option to transition to a hosted model. Customers will also have the option of converting to a more traditional outsourcing agreement once the trial period has been completed, and can purchase migration and upgrade services.
