Verint Systems Inc., a workforce optimization (WFO) software vendor, announced that its Impact 360 WFO software from Verint Witness Actionable Solutions is now an SAP-endorsed business solution. Impact 360 comprises quality monitoring and recording, workforce management, performance management, and eLearning software for customer contact centers in global organizations. When used in combination with SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), Impact 360 is designed to help companies enhance customer experiences, uncover business trends, and improve customer retention.


Oco Launches Customer & Sales Management Analytics Solution

Oco, Inc., a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based business analytics solutions (including an on-demand BI solution offered through its partnership with the SAP BusinessObjects division of SAP), launched the Oco Customer & Sales Management Analytics solution. By integrating financial, operational, and customer satisfaction data into a single data warehouse, the new solution is designed to provide companies with a 360-degree view of their customers. The solution offers tools — including interactive scorecards, what-if dashboards, and multi-dimensional reports — to visualize and interact with data.

IntelliCorp and smartShift Partner to Streamline Custom Code Conversions

The combination of IntelliCorp’s LiveCompare, LiveModel, and DataWorks products with smartShift’s solution that automates ABAP custom code remediation is intended to help SAP customers accelerate ALM projects, optimize resources, and reduce costs by automating over 90% of ABAP custom code remediation during upgrade and Unicode projects.

Z Option Optimizes New GLSU Release for Finance Users

SAP software partner Z Option announced the release of its latest General Ledger Spreadsheet Uploader (GLSU) solution, GLSU 4.1. GLSU offers a spreadsheet interface for collecting and posting transactions to SAP systems, designed so that organizations can streamline their financial data entry functions. The new release, compatible with SAP ERP releases from SAP R/3 4.6C to SAP ERP 6.0, features enhanced validation functionality and aims to reduce pre-processing times and improve finance user productivity. The GLSU 4.1 solution is available to all existing customers with a current maintenance agreement at no additional charge.

Vertex Integrates Support for Its Products with SAP Enterprise Support

This integration aims to provide optimized interaction and end-to-end support between SAP business solutions and Vertex tax applications. To participate with SAP on this integrated support model, Vertex deployed SAP Solution Manager for visibility into possible Vertex issues logged with SAP, complied with SAP standards for solution operations, and has committed to the service-level agreements of SAP Enterprise Support. As a result, Vertex has reduced its customer-resolution cycle time by 50%.

Open Text Enhances Its ECM Suite to Offer Better Integration and Boost Productivity

The upgrades are designed to increase customer value, user productivity, and compliance by enabling deeper integration between business processes and content to ensure that users can access information when and where they need it. Open Text enhanced the suite in these areas: globalization and shared services in accounts payable; digital personnel file compliance and retention management; service and call-center-like capabilities in SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM); and enterprise information governance. SAP has agreed to resell Open Text Extended ECM for use with SAP solutions as the SAP Extended Enterprise Content Management (SAP Extended ECM) application by Open Text.

Panaya Helps SAP Customers Implementing SPS 16
