Software and consulting company DataVard recently announced the expansion of its DataVard Canary Code monitoring solution, which aims to offer real-time SAP system monitoring for the SAP HANA platform. The application is designed to monitor the entire SAP system landscape for availability, performance, and security from one central location, and sends alerts if predefined thresholds are breached, which enables IT to react before end users are affected.

Hitachi Consulting, a provider of IT consulting and managed services, recently announced that it has become an SAP-certified provider of hosting services for SAP solutions and operations services for the SAP HANA platform. This certification extends the company’s existing cloud framework for SAP solutions and is intended to enhance its ability to deliver comprehensive IT operations services for its customers that are running their mission-critical SAP solutions on the SAP HANA platform.

SUSE Empowers Startups to Develop Applications Running on SAP HANA

Open-source software company SUSE an-nounced its support for SAP Startup Focus, a global program designed to help startup companies in the big data, predictive, and real-time analytics space develop new applications that use the SAP HANA platform. Qualified startups are eligible to receive a comprehensive developer version of SAP HANA on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server as a single, downloadable virtual machine (VM) for six months at no cost. This VM can help accelerate SAP HANA adoption.

Saviynt Achieves SAP Startup Focus Program Validation and Certification
