Hitachi Data Systems announced the release of Hitachi Unified Compute Platform (UCP) 6000 for Predictive Analytics, a solution built on the Hitachi UCP for SAP HANA converged infrastructure. It is designed to minimize subscriber churn for telecom and media service providers. Harnessing these analytics, this solution plans to proactively address customer attrition and predict areas for customer satisfaction improvement, increasing the retention rate of subscribers.

SpinifexIT released a new cloud-based solution called Strato that integrates data from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to create and maintain important employee documents. This software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution is built on SAP HANA Cloud Platform and aims to reduce the number of templates needed, decrease manual entry, and increase document accuracy. Future releases plan to incorporate on-premise systems as well.
