You may have noticed that the SAP Experts staff always asks for input from readers. We have a lot of questions: What information do you need? What projects are you going to be working on in the next year? How do you use the knowledgebase?
Perhaps you have met some of us at a conference, been in a focus group, received a phone call, taken part in one of our biannual surveys, or participated in a WebEx. The reason we like to stay in such close contact is that we adapt the knowledgebases to suit your needs. For example, a couple of years ago we added more material on Asset Accounting to the Financials Expert knowledgebase. When the new SAP General Ledger was introduced, we had another gap to fill, and now you will find many articles on that topic. SAP BusinessObjects is another example of added content, but rest assured we are still covering BEx.
With the launch of the Insider Learning Network the relationship between the staff and readers becomes even easier to maintain. Each editor is blogging about the knowledgebases and related topics, and we welcome you to add your comments. Look for blogs from Davin Wilfrid (Project Expert); Jackie Howard (BI Expert and SAP Professional Journal); Scott Priest (Financials Expert and GRC Expert); Molly Vaughan (CRM Expert and Solution Manager Expert); Kerry Flood (SCM Expert); and Kristen Kohrt (HR Expert).
Of course we would like to hear from you even if you are not a current subscriber, so don’t hesitate to respond.
