Recently, my fellow editor Davin - managing editor of Project Expert, formerly ERP Expert, and blogger of interesting SAP-related news (click here to read his ILN blog) - told me about a post he spotted on William Band's Forrester blog. William, along with five other Forrester analysts, performed a thorough study of the current CRM offerings and produced two reports on what they found - one for large organizations and one for midsized enterprises.
I was happy to see that SAP CRM was one of the top picks for large organizations. In particular, William mentioned the revamped CRM WebClient UI in SAP CRM 7.0, which we've featured in numerous recent articles in CRM Expert. In the past few months, I've been checking out CRM Expert's website analytics to see what the site's visitors are searching for. "CRM 7.0" and "WebClient UI" have been the top two search terms for months, and they're also two of the most clicked-on categories (tags).
SAP has been working hard to improve the usability of SAP CRM, and it's good to hear this study echo what customers seem to be thinking: that with 7.0, SAP CRM has become one of the most user-friendly CRM solutions on the market today.
