What drives the satisfaction level of an ERP implementation?

Panorama Consulting Group is performing a short ERP survey to investigate factors that drive satisfaction levels of ERP implementations. The assumption is that a better understanding of satisfaction level will help to achieve a higher success rate for those performing upgrades.
