The SAP BusinessObjects seminar will be in Amsterdam next week, making the third stop in its 5-city series. Being the first European city on the seminar schedule, I think we’re all excited to get started!
As it does in every city throughout its “world tour,” the SAP BusinessObjects seminar in Amsterdam will provide up-to-the-minute information regarding the SAP business intelligence roadmap, and the many tools that fall (or are soon-to-fall) under the “BI” umbrella. For more information about the roadmap information offered in Dan Kearnan’s session, you can check out the description here.
In addition to the on-the-horizon BI content offered by Dan, attendees in previous cities left with best practices for proving the ROI of their SAP BusinessObjects implementation efforts (check out Sarah’s blog for more info on this), leveraging previous BI investments, and optimizing the performance of their SAP BusinessObjects tools.
I’ve realized, too, that apart from the above content, the great thing about a seminar series is how personal they are. I’m interested to hear some of the one-on-one conversations between Amsterdam attendees and the seminar speakers. I wonder how their painpoints will differ (if at all) from their fellow SAP customers in America…
After getting my daily fill of SAP BusinessObjects, I’m excited to see some houseboats and Van Gogh. Does anyone have any other specific recommendations for things to see in Amsterdam?
I will provide seminar updates throughout the week… until then!
