This session provided a nice overview of the developments that SAP is making in Talent Management efforts.
A few key highlights:
- A suite of anlaytics and dashboards across talent management has been delivered. The suite has drill-down capabilities, referring to this as "insight into action".
- The predefined performance management process has been enhanced to provide for multiple templates and to turn the review phase on and off
- More dashboards and email verification in E-Recruiting
- ECM has been rewritten into Web Dynpro for ABAP, with the addition of a compensation profile and addtional analytics
-Talent review meetings now include the ability to know which talents have incomplete assessments (yes!)
-Learning: new web based training administrator role, and enhancements for learner/manager roles
Great session for those unfamiliar with what EHP5 has to offer.
