Heading to one of the SAPinsider conferences this spring? While you’re there, there are a few things you should know about to make your experience as hassle-free and enjoyable as possible. One of those things is the Mobile Agenda, an essential tool designed to help you move through each day as easily as possible, whether it’s planning out your daily schedule or searching for information on one of our many exhibitors. It’s the one place where you can have all that information without all that extra paper to flip through! Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
While on site, grab your Program Guide, find a sign, or pick up a flyer to locate the URL for the Mobile Agenda. Scan the QR code or punch the URL into your mobile device or tablet. Once you arrive at the site, log in using the email and password you used to sign up for the conference. From there, view the bottom toolbar for the various tools you can use.
Use this tool to plan out your entire week! By using the drop-down menu, select any day of the conference.
Under each time slot, select "Tap to add a session…" to view the sessions being held during that time.
Select any session to view the session’s speaker, room, and abstract. Like what you see? Click Add to add it to your schedule. If not, just select Back to view the other sessions. Once you’ve added the session, you can always go back into this view and select Remove.
Notice that the My Schedule feature not only displays the sessions you’re attending, but also conference-wide events like meals, breaks, receptions, general assemblies, and Solutions Showcase hours.
If you used the Agenda Builder before heading to the show, you will be able to access the schedule you already created by logging in with the same credentials. You can also make changes at any time by following the above steps.
Do you want to see your entire conference's schedule? Or perhaps you're interested in seeing the schedule for all of the co-located events? Click the Schedule button to view full schedules by show or all together.
Select an event (or all events) to view the schedule by day and time.
Select any session to view its speaker, time, location, and abstract!
Use the Sessions button to view sessions by track. This tool is great if you are trying to follow a specific track. Perhaps you’re here with a few coworkers – break down the conference by tracks so that each of you can have a comprehensive understanding of an entire concept by focusing on it for the entire week! Simply select what show you are attending.
Then, select a track to view which sessions fall under that category.
Select any session to view its speaker, time, location, and abstract, just like in the previous two views.
Select our Vendors button to learn all about which vendors are here, what services they offer, and how to contact them after the conference. Vendors are listed by sponsorship level and then alphabetically.
Select any vendor to view their contact information and a brief description. You can also link to a vendor’s Web site right from its listing to find more information.
The Mobile Agenda is a great tool for planning out your week – avoid the rush between sessions by knowing exactly where you are going. Or keep this tool handy to read up on vendors between sessions or during breaks. Whatever your need, the Mobile Agenda has the information you’ll be looking for during your conference!
