Reasons for Using FI-CO Reconciliation Program

  • Needed to balance Financials with Controlling anytime a CO transaction crosses the following objects:

              - Business Areas

              - Functional Areas

              - Fund (if Public Sector Accounting is used)

              - Grant (if Public Sector Accounting is used)

**With SAP General Ledger’s Real-Time Integration (available from ERP 2004) you no longer need to use the Reconciliation Ledger!
