This article focuses on how to use SuccessFactors’ cloud based talent pipeline called Recruiting Marketing. Having a strong talent pipeline is important for recruiters to be able to find talent as well as providing a pool of candidates that can refer other qualified candidates to the recruiter. Recruiting Marketing gives users the ability to use social media for submitting job applications, search engine optimization, and talent community marketing.

Anyone who uses current recruiting solutions such as SAP E-Recruiting or other ERP recruiting solutions can use Recruiting Marketing as an add-on to their current application. By using Recruiting Marketing, recruiters can develop a relationship with the candidates, raising the chances of finding necessary talent fast.
