SAPinsider Publishes New Article — “Changing Channels: How Moving to an Omni-Channel Strategy Will Revolutionize Banking”

March 4, 2014

DEDHAM, Mass., March 4, 2014 SAPinsider magazine announces that a new article, “Changing Channels: How Moving to an Omni-Channel Strategy Will Revolutionize Banking” by Christian Hoffmann and Tony Dmitrich, is now available in its January-March 2014 issue.

This article explores how mobile banking has the potential to be just as transformative, if not more so, than other well-known advancements such as the ATM and online banking, not through the delivery of multiple banking channels, but rather through the delivery of an omni-channel platform that offers consumers a seamless, consistent experience. Learn what the omni-channel platform is, its benefits, and how to achieve it.
