Learning Objectives

During your Discovery Call and subsequent assessment, we work with you to identify the key learning objectives for each phase of your training. The most common objectives usually fall into one of the categories below, but certainly each situation is unique.
  • Awareness
The objective is to give employees an understanding of a new technology, process, or feature. Awareness training can be focused around available tools, their core capabilities, benefits and limitations, and how they work. It may also include detail on what types of processes to use these tools for.
  • Informed decision making
The objective is to give employees the information they need to make specific decisions, such as: whether or not to upgrade, how to use a certain tool or feature, or when to choose a specific business process.
  • Process/function proficiency
The objective is to help learners become proficient in using a specific feature or tool, or for completing a specific process or function.
  • Re-enforcement
The objective is to strengthen understanding or proficiency in areas you find weak performance or limited practice.
  • Continued relevance
The objective is to update your training to reflect and support important changes in the organization, business process, or technology.
