Every organization is looking for ways to make its employees -- and particularly its sales-focused employees -- more mobile. Whether it's a fleet of BlackBerries, iPhones, iPads, or any other kind of device, mobile technology is spreading through organizations.

Meanwhile, long-standing ERP systems still house all kinds of data. With more and more demand for accurate, timely data, these systems need to be integrated with the mobile devices so the data can travel in both directions. The solution needed to work for desktops and the Apple iPhone 4."
