What is the difference between transactions PA30 and PA20 other than view capability?
Does a user needs to have PA30 to run reports?

This response is from Danielle Larocca, an author for our HR Expert publication and conference speaker, and a regular blogger on Insider Learning Network (www.insiderlearningnetwork.com/daniellel...):Transaction code PA20 is for VIEW ONLY access to Personnel Administration (PA) infotypes. Transaction code PA30 is for EDIT/CHANGE/DELETE/CREATE ONLY access to Personnel Administration (PA) infotypes. These transaction codes are not related to reporting.I hope this is helpful!Kristine Erickson, EditorInsider Learning Network
